Mommy and Me / Parent and Child Classes

Welcome!

Now offering Mommy and Me / Child and Caregiver classes in Petaluma, San Francisco and in Santa Rosa. These friendly classes are for infants (0-15 months) or toddlers (16-36 months), accompanied by one adult. (Fathers, grandparents, nannies and other caring adults welcome.) Classes include play time, a light snack and circle (songs, movements and games). While the children play, adults discuss life as a parent, learning how to best support their growing child (including topics such as sleep, weaning, toilet training. The inspiration from these peaceful introductory classes comes from the work of Rudolf Steiner and Waldorf education. Come and experience a calming, joyful weekly class with other families.
